GROUND SURVIVAL

The ground is one of the last places you want to be during a violent encounter.

While many confrontations end standing, slips, trips, tackles, and assaults can quickly take you to the floor. When that happens, panic is your enemy and skill becomes your lifeline.

Our Ground Survival course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to protect yourself when a confrontation goes to the ground. Drawing on principles from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, military combatives, and real-world self-preservation, students learn how to survive, escape, regain their feet, and return to safety.

This is not sport grappling.

This is survival.

Students will learn:

• Understanding the realities and dangers of ground confrontation
• Protecting yourself during a fall or takedown
• Escaping common pins and controlling positions
• Defending against strikes from the ground
• Creating space against a larger or stronger aggressor
• Reversals and recovery techniques
• Standing up safely while maintaining awareness of the threat
• Ground survival in confined spaces and challenging environments
• Multiple-attacker considerations
• Decision-making under stress and pressure

Training is delivered through progressive drills, controlled resistance, and realistic scenario-based exercises designed to develop confidence, resilience, and functional skill.

Whether you are a civilian seeking practical self-protection skills, a security professional, emergency responder, or someone who simply wants greater confidence in managing physical confrontation, this course provides proven methods for surviving one of the most vulnerable positions imaginable.

The objective is not to stay on the ground and fight.

The objective is to survive, escape, regain your feet, and get to safety.

Because in the real world, mobility is life.

Ground Survival

Because your goal is not to fight on the ground—it’s to get off it.
